Vision

Our vision is for a North Lincolnshire where people from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds have equal opportunities to thrive and realise their full potential, and where people from all cultures value and respect each other and work together to enrich their lives and community

Mission

To achieve this we will:
• Overcome inequalities by empowering Black and Minority Ethnic groups and individuals to access public, private and community services

• Provide quality advice and guidance to public, voluntary and private sector service providers to enable them to deliver appropriate and relevant services for BME communities

• Develop a range of accessible opportunities to promote healthy living and social inclusion in response to community need

• Bring communities together to celebrate cultural diversity, promote community cohesion and build social capital.
